Complement Carry Flag

Operation
C ← NOT C
The C Flag is complemented. If C = 1, then it is changed to C = 0; or, if C = 0, then it is
changed to C = 1.
Example
If the C Flag contains a 0, the statement:
CCF

changes the C Flag from C = 0 to C = 1.
