NOZZLE REMOVAL
The nozzle of the extruder has to be removed in two cases:
In both cases, the procedure is the same.
If it needs to be cleaned
(when it is blocked).

Start with heating the nozzle to about 200°C.

If the nozzle is blocked, follow the instructions described
in previous section.

Switch o the machine (disconnect host soware, USB cable
and swich o the power).

With the nozzle still hot, grab the nozzle with aluminium handle and 10mm at
key, then turn gently. See it as video here https://vimeo.com/117470538. Be very care-
ful not to damage the thermistor. High temperature allows less friction while turning,
which helps.

When you want to change it
to dierent size.

Sometimes your lament will transport dirt or dust into the feeder. In this case you might expe-
rience clogging. To prevent it, install a piece of cloth (clip it ), which will act as a cleaning device.
