NOZZLE REMOVAL
The nozzle of the extruder has to be removed in two cases:
In both cases, the procedure is the same.
If it needs to be cleaned
(when it is blocked).

Start with heating the nozzle to about 200°C.

If the nozzle is blocked, follow the instructions described
in previous section.

Switch o the machine (disconnect host soware, USB cable
and swich o the power).

With the nozzle still hot, grab the nozzle with aluminium handle and 10mm at
key, then turn gently. See it as video here https://vimeo.com/117470538. Be very care-
ful not to damage the thermistor. High temperature allows less friction while turning,
which helps.

When you want to change it
to dierent size.

Sometimes your lament will transport dirt or dust into the feeder. In this case you might expe-
rience clogging. To prevent it, install a piece of cloth (clip it ), which will act as a cleaning device.
