10.5 Alerts
Alerts are reports on events, such as attacks, that you may want to know about right away. You
can choose to generate an alert when a rule is matched in the Edit Rule screen (see
Figure 68
on page 172). Configure the Log Settings screen to have the ZyWALL send an immediate e-
mail message to you when an event generates an alert. Refer to the chapter on logs for details.
10.6 Configuring Firewall
Click FIREWALL to open the Default Rule screen. Enable (or activate) the firewall by
selecting the Enable Firewall check box as seen in the following screen.
