3. Installing the Balance and Precautions
3.1. Installing the Balance
1 Place the balance on a solid weighing table. Refer to "3.2. Precautions Before Use" for details on
a place to install the balance.
2 Assemble the weighing pan and other parts in accordance with the model and use as shown
below.

Use the fine range ring in place of the breeze break
ring to avoid errors caused by drafts when weighing
with a minimum display of 0.01 mg.
