168 Maintenance
1. Stop the drive and disconnect it from the AC power line. Obey the instructions in
section Electrical safety precautions on page 128. Turn the main switch-disconnector
[Q1.1] handle to the open position or secure the main circuit breaker [Q1] to the
disconnected position (racked out) if the cabinet is equipped with corresponding
equipment. If the disconnecting equipment is located outside the cabinet, make sure
that it is in the disconnected position.
2. Open the cubicle door.
3. Remove the shrouds (if any).
4. Unplug the wiring on the front of the module. Unplug the connector (X50) at the top of
the module. Move the wires aside.
5. Remove the module fastening screws and the fastening bolts of the DC and AC
busbars.
6. Install the module lifting device (3AXD50000004182) to the Rittal TS 8 enclosure. The
lifting device package includes the assembly instructions (3AXD50000002773).
7. Bend the DC flexibars away from the module and pull the module out enough to attach
a lifting chain to chain holes on top of the module.
8. Remove the upper module guide plate and lift the module out.
9. Replace the module:
Lift the module on the lower module guide plate. Install the upper module guide
plate.
Push the module back enough to detach the lifting chain. Push the module in and
fasten 3×M6 screws on the module side.
Fasten the upper bar and lower bracket to the front of the module.
Tighten the fastening bolts of the DC and AC busbars to 70 N·m (51.6 lbf·ft).
Plug the module signal wire set to the module signal connector.
Fasten the shrouds.
Close the cubicle door.
