Categorization by frame size and option code
The instructions and technical data which concern only certain module or frame sizes are
marked with the size identifier.
The ACS880-04 size can be identified from the basic code, for example,
ACS880-04-1480A-3 where 1480A is the size. The option codes are listed after the plus
sign. Section Type designation key on page 46 explains the type designation code in
detail.
The frame size of the supply module is D7T or D8T, and the frame size of the inverter
module is R8i. The Ratings table on page 313 lists the frame sizes.
Use of component designations
Some device names in the manual include the item designations in brackets, for example
[Q1] to make it possible to identify the components in the circuit diagrams of the drive.
