Type designation labels
Each supply and inverter module has a type designation label attached to it. The type
designation stated on the label contains information on the specifications and
configuration of the module.
Quote the complete type designation and serial number when contacting technical support
on the subject of ACS880-04.
Example labels are shown below.

6. Valid markings. See Electrical planning instructions for ACS880 multidrive cabinets and modules

7. Serial number. The first digit of the serial number refers to the manufacturing plant. The next four digits
refer to the unit’s manufacturing year and week, respectively. The remaining digits complete the serial
number so that there are no two units with the same number.
