6.4 Fail Safe Watchdog alarm does not clear
Follow this procedure if the Fail-safe watchdog state remains in an alarm condition even after an attempt
at manual recovery (the alarm won’t clear from Manual or Auto mode).
IMPORTANT NOTE:
The Fail-Safe watchdog feature monitors network connectivity between the
RMC and the XIO. This procedure assumes that the RMC and the XIO are successfully connected.
