12 Product warranty
Before installation, store the equipment referred to in this manual in a clean, dry environment, per the
Company's published specification. Make periodic checks on the equipment's condition. In the event of a
failure under warranty, provide the following documentation to support your claim:
– A list providing evidence of process operation and alarm logs at the time of failure
– Copies of all storage, installation, operating and maintenance records relating to the alleged faulty
XIO.
