5.2. Line side grounding and grounding of system sections
Hazard warning
• When the feeder panel or section of the
system has been grounded by oper-
ating the grounding switch and
circuit-breaker, secure it to prevent
cancellation of grounding as follows:
- Switch the MCBs for the circuit-
breaker release circuit and for the
motor-operated mechanism of the
three position disconnect in the
relevant panel off.
- Lock the low voltage compartment
door or where appropriate the
mechanical OFF button for the circuit-
- Affix a sign to the panel to indicate
that grounding has been performed.
