Make sure all cables are clear when installing mainboard.
1. Align and install mainboard to guidepins (Q) on middle frame. (Figure 3-41)
2. Install and secure screws (P) to middle frame.
3. Connect the following cables: (Figure 3-42)
Button board cable (H) to mainboard connector (h)
Fan cable (J) to mainboard connector (j)
ODD cable (K) to mainboard connector (k)
LVDS cable (M) to mainboard connector (m)
Camera cable (N) to mainboard connector (n)
Function board cable (G) to mainboard connector (g)
4. Connect the following cables: (Figure 3-41)
Right light bar cable (C) to mainboard connector (c)
Speaker cable (B) to mainboard connector (b)
Infrared board cable (A) to mainboard connector (a)
Left light bar cable (D) to mainboard connector (d)
Power board cable (E) to mainboard connector (e)
Converter board cable (F) to mainboard connector (f)
5. Install CPU, Thermal Module, RTC Battery, WLAN Module, DIMM Modules and TV Tuner
Module.
