Perform the following to use the Wflash4M Utility:
1. Click on the Windows Start icon.
2. Click on All Programs in the Start Menu. (Figure 2-16)

3. Select Accessories > Command Prompt. (Figure 2-17)

4. Right-click Command Prompt and select Run as administrator.
