Why is there no UPS functionality with battery pack plugged in Advantech-DLoG DLT-V72?

If you're not getting UPS functionality even though the battery pack is plugged into your Advantech-DLoG Industrial PC, the battery pack may be discharged or deeply discharged. Charge the battery pack properly, keeping in mind that if it's deeply discharged, the charging time could be significantly longer.
