The room must be sufficiently illuminated to perform the visual
inspection.
Check for deterioration such as corrosion, cracks or serious
discolorations, for damage to the cables or cable jackets, for loos
screws.
Make sure that the accessories for immobilizing the patient haven’t
come loose.
If there’s still disinfecting residue, repeat the cleaning.
7. Start up the system.
Perform the checks that are required before operating the system.
