General Error Messages
General Error Messages
General error messages are generic to all Agilent series HPLC modules
and may show up on other modules as well.
Timeout
Error ID: 0062
The timeout threshold was exceeded.
Shutdown
Error ID: 0063
An external instrument has generated a shutdown signal on the remote
line.
The module continually monitors the remote input connectors for status
signals. A LOW signal input on pin 4 of the remote connector generates
the error message.
Probable cause Suggested actions
1 The analysis was completed successfully,
and the timeout function switched off the
module as requested.
Check the logbook for the occurrence and
source of a not-ready condition. Restart the
analysis where required.
2 A not-ready condition was present during a
sequence or multiple-injection run for a
period longer than the timeout threshold.

CAN connection to the system.
Fix the leak in the external instrument before
restarting the module.

Check external instruments for a shut-down
condition.
