Water system
The Agilent 5110 water management system is required to cool the RF work coil, axial pre optics
cone, RF oscillator module and camera assembly. The control is managed through the water
control module which is located next to the Gas control system on the right hand side of the
instrument.

1 To replace water module remove 5 torx screws.
2 Slide module away from instrument.
