4 Removal/ Installation, Replacement and Adjustment
Torch loader micro switch
2 For demountable torches - To demount the “outer tube set” remove ring by easing up by hand
or with screwdriver or similar.
3 Pull the glass outer tube set from the holder being careful not to break the glass injector.
4 To replace “tube set” slide it back into holder.
5 Ensure the glass marker in the envelope aligns with the marker in the base.
The glass will slide with friction for approximately 5mm until seated into O-ring. Do not force
when the glass has bottomed out.
6 Push the ring home ensuring it is flush with the housing.

Ensure the torch is removed before attempting this procedure.
