Do not force the white plastic insert. It may be necessary to screw
counter-clockwise first for lead-in thread to be located.
8 Place the clamp bush guide, thread end first, in the nebulizer body.

9 Screw the clamp bush guide into the white plastic insert using the small end of
the Nebulizer tool. Do not over-tighten.
10 Check the spring is operational by pushing the capillary assembly with a screw
driver. The assembly should move in and out freely.

11 Thread the thimble and locking ring over the capillary.
12 Screw the thimble onto the nebulizer body.
