When you fit a new capillary assembly, you
should also fit a new capillary guide and
spring
When you fit a new venturi, replace all O-rings. Always replace O-rings as a set. If
you are using organics, ensure you fit the specific organic O-ring kit.
To reassemble the components of the nebulizer:
1 Hold the nebulizer block front end up.
2 Place the venturi in the nebulizer body, thin end first.

Place the capillary guide into the nebulizer body, with the O-ring end up.

3 Place the large end of the venturi extraction tool over the capillary guide.
4 Push down on the capillary guide and venturi.
The venturi should protrude from the opposite end of the nebulizer block.
