b On the TQ tab, enter any Acquisition values you want to change. You can
enter multiple Scan segments.
You cannot set the fragmentor voltage in Acquisition if the instrument type
is an Agilent 6490 or an Agilent 6495. It always uses the value in the tune
file.
4 Set up to change instrument parameters with segments and scans:
a To add a segment, click the Add Row or Insert Row icons.
b Enter the parameters for each Scan segment.
5 Set up signals for the Chromatogram plot:
a Click Chromatogram.
b Select the Chromatogram Type, and type other plot values.
