Description This command provides the context to allocate resources for CFM UP MEPs.
With the no form of the command, the software does not allocate any resources for use by CFM UP
MEPs.
NOTE: CFM Down MEPs does not require explicit resource allocation by user.
Parameters num-resources — Specifies the maximum amount of resources for use by eth-cfm.

ensure that resources are not in use before de-allocating it.
