It enables or disables the digit map feature.
Note: Compatible rules for Digit Map and Old Dialing Rule: When enabling Digit Map,
the Dialing rules defined by Digit Map are used instead of the old Dialing Rule.

It configures the digit map pattern used for the dial plan.

missed calls) dialed from the call history list.

directory.
