8. Click Finish.
9. When a confirmation dialog box appears, click Yes.
TIP If you experience a Script File Error after selecting the firmware revision
number (see the following example), there is likely an anomaly with your
firmware files.
To recover, perform the following:
• Go to
http://www.rockwellautomation.com/support/ and download
the firmware revision you are trying to upgrade. Replace the firmware
revision that you have previously installed with that posted on the
Technical Support website.
• If the replacement firmware revision does not resolve the anomaly,
contact Rockwell Automation Technical Support.
