WARNING
Danger of infection from escaping hydraulic fluid at high
pressure!
When coupling and uncoupling the hydraulic hose lines, ensure that
the hydraulic system is depressurised on both the implement and
tractor sides.
If you are injured by hydraulic fluid, contact a doctor immediately.
5.3.1 Coupling the hydraulic hose lines
WARNING
Danger from incorrect hydraulic functions if the hydraulic hose
lines are connected incorrectly!
When coupling the hydraulic hose lines, observe the coloured
markings on the hydraulic connectors.
Observe the maximum admissible working pressure of 210 bar.
Check the compatibility of the hydraulic fluids before connecting
the implement to the hydraulic system of your tractor.
Do not mix mineral oils with bio-oils..
Push the hydraulic connector(s) into the hydraulic sockets until
you feel them lock.
Check the coupling points of the hydraulic hose lines for a
correct, tight seat.
Coupled hydraulic hose lines
ο must give without tension, bending or rubbing on all
movements when travelling round corners.
ο must not chafe against other parts.
1. Swivel the actuation lever on the control valve on the tractor to
float position (neutral position).
2. Clean the hydraulic connector of the hydraulic hose lines before
you connect them to the tractor.
3. Connect the hydraulic hoses to the tractor control units.
5.3.2 Uncoupling the hydraulic hose lines
1. Swivel the actuation lever on the control valve on the tractor to
float position (neutral position).
2. Release the hydraulic connectors from the hydraulic sockets.
3. Protect the hydraulic sockets from soiling by fitting the dust
caps.
4. Hook the hydraulic connectors into the connector holders.
