The Load and Distance values may be automatically zeroed at the beginning of the test by
using the Auto Zero feature. However, these values may also be zeroed during a test by
selecting a Zero Stage.
Press on the "ZEROING" button in the center of the screen to display the "ZEROING"
screen.
Select "ZERO LOAD VALUE" and / or "ZERO DISTANCE VALUE" as required. Note that
the crosshead will stop briefly to allow the system to zero.
Also note that if the DISTANCE option is selected, then the crosshead will not return to its
start of test position during an Auto Return.
