Replace the fuses.
 RTC-156/157/158/159: 115V 8AT = 127211 / 230V, 4AT = 127210
 RTC-250/700: 115V, 10AF = 60B302 / 230V, 5AF = 127573
If the fuses blow immediately after you have replaced them,
the calibrator should be returned to the manufacturer for
service.
