hub bandwidth is in use.
WARNING
ON = this warning has
occurred: Late
Collision,

Runt/fragmented

Individual LEDs indicate partitioning
(automatic or operator-commanded) of

BLINKING = Auto-partitioned

ON = Link pulse detected (or Link
