Incoming calls
If you have not entered a Multiple Subscriber Number (MSN) i.e. no user is programmed, your
phone will ring for every incoming call to any of your MSNs.
If several users have been defined and each assigned an MSN, you can program an individual
ringing tone for each user. This allows you to determine the person for whom the call is
intended.
The caller’s number is displayed. If the number is stored in the phonebook, the caller’s name is
also displayed.
Before the number or name, the display indicates the user (A, B or C) for whom the call is
intended.

If you do not wish to talk to the caller on the display, you can reject the call.
The display shows the caller’s number/name. Press the OK key. This takes you
to the submenu where you can use the arrow keys (<) and (>) to switch
between »Reject« and »Accept«. Go to »Reject«.
Press the OK key. The call is rejected. The caller’s number is stored in the relevant
user’s caller list.
