Assigning options to numbers
This section follows on from the previous section »Entering number and name only«.
As described in the previous section, enter a name and confirm until »No._« and the cursor
position is shown.
You can enter one or more of the following options before or after the number.
• Enter keypad (ISDN control).
• Enter Exchange Access Code (EAC)
• Enter calling line identification restriction.
• Enter subaddress.
• Enter provider.
➭ If you make an incorrect entry, you can correct this by pressing the left arrow key (<) to
return to the error. Enter the correct letter or number. This overwrites the incorrect entry.
Press the right arrow key (>) to go to the end of your entry.

You can also assign functions to phone numbers. A list of all available functions is given in
the section on »Additional settings«, »Programming speed dial keys«.

Keypad information is required in PBX operations to control functions. Attributes can also be
activated/deactivated in the PBX. For further information, refer to your PBX user manual.
The first line of the display shows »No. _« and the cursor position. If you have
already entered a number, this number is shown.
Press the OK key to display »Save«.
Press the right arrow key (>) repeatedly until »Insert keypad K« is displayed.
Press the OK key again. a »K« is shown after »No._« .
Enter the number.
Press the OK key to access »Save«.
