History les maintain information about the BIs for future reference. They
contain clinical parameters which are stored as part of the assessment data. These
parameters include:

Control or Test
Lot Number
Serial Number
Expiration Date
Operator Adding BI
Time Added
Date of Result
CI Color Change
Well Temperature
Result (Positive/Negative)
Result Time
Operator Reading BI (for positive test
or negative control result)
System Information
System Serial Number
Software Version
Corresponding Control Information
Date
Time Completed
Lot Number
Serial Number
Result

STERRAD™ ID
Cycle Type
Cycle Number

Notes (if added)

In this way the system maintains an audit trail that captures all changes to the
conguration settings.
Notes
Notes are a convenient way for users to enter information about a specic result.
Notes can be added when reviewing the Results Summary after the reading process is
complete, or in the History utility while viewing the details of a specic result.
Status Screen > Utilities > History > Select a Result > Add Note
