History Files
History les maintain information about the BIs for future reference. They
contain clinical parameters which are stored as part of the assessment data. These
parameters include:
BI Information
• Control or Test
• Lot Number
• Serial Number
• Expiration Date
• Operator Adding BI
• Time Added
• Date of Result
• CI Color Change
• Well Temperature
• Result (Positive/Negative)
• Result Time
• Operator Reading BI (for positive test
or negative control result)
System Information
• System Serial Number
• Software Version
Corresponding Control Information
• Date
• Time Completed
• Lot Number
• Serial Number
• Result
STERRAD™ Cycle Information
• STERRAD™ ID
• Cycle Type
• Cycle Number
• Cycle Start Time
• Cycle End Time
• Notes (if added)
Notes
• Time and Date Stamped
In this way the system maintains an audit trail that captures all changes to the
conguration settings.
Notes
Notes are a convenient way for users to enter information about a specic result.
Notes can be added when reviewing the Results Summary after the reading process is
complete, or in the History utility while viewing the details of a specic result.
Status Screen > Utilities > History > Select a Result > Add Note
