Software License Agreement
STERRAD Sterilization System

IMPORTANT: Please read the License (dened below) carefully before using
the STERRAD Sterlization System and related documentation (“Product”). If you do
not agree to the terms of the License, do not use the Product. If you use the Product,
you are deemed to have accepted the terms of the License.
Advanced Sterilization Products, Inc. (“ASP”) Software License (“License”)
The Product includes STERRAD™ Operation Software (“Software”) in a magnetic
media format. The Software is for use exclusively as initially embedded in the Product.
The Software, any intellectual property in the Product (including all Product related
documentation (“Documentation”)), and all feedback, reviews, and derivative works of
the Software (whether or not authorized or known to ASP) are and shall, at all times be,
proprietary to and exclusively owned by ASP. Further, the Software, the Documentation,
and all other information provided to you in relation to the Software, constitutes
condential information of ASP, and you shall not disclose any such information
without the express, prior written consent of ASP in each instance. The Software and
Documentation (collectively, the “Software” for purposes of this license) are protected by
international copyrights and are licensed to you solely upon the terms set forth herein.
ASP hereby grants you a non-transferable, non-assignable, non-sublicensable,
non-shareable, non-exclusive, revocable, royalty-free, and personal license to use the
Software solely with your personal, non-commercial use of the Product in accordance
with the accompanying Documentation. No other license in respect of the Software
is granted.
You shall not use the Software for any unauthorized use, i.e., other than as
licensed hereinabove.

used with STERRAD systems that utilize, involve or interface with ASP Software including but not limited to ALLClear
