40 STERRAD VELOCITY Reader User’s Guide
In the Utilities Menu touch Manage Sterilizers. Congure new STERRAD
Sterilizers by touching Add New. Edit the settings of existing sterilizers by selecting a
sterilizer and touching Edit. Select a sterilizer and touch Delete to remove it from the
list. Touch Done to return to the Utilities Menu.
9 Note: Edit and Delete functions are only allowed for sterilizers which were manually
entered. Sterilizer information auto-populated by ASP ACCESS is not editable.
Add New Sterilizer
Touch Add New to add a new STERRAD Sterilizer. On the Add New screen enter
the STERRAD ID, select the Model of the sterilizer, and select the Cycles used on that
model. Touch Add to add the sterilizer, or touch Cancel to return to the previous screen.
Edit or Delete Existing Sterilizer
Select an existing STERRAD and touch Edit to open the Edit STERRAD screen.
Modify the settings and touch Save Edits to save the changes. Cancel returns to the
previous screen. Select an existing STERRAD and touch Delete to open the Delete
Conrmation screen. Touch Yes to conrm the deletion. No returns to the previous screen.
History
The History utility displays a list of previous BI results. This allows the user to
review and print previous BI results, as well as add notes about those results.
View Details
In the Utilities Menu touch History. Filter the list by Date or Cycle Number, select
the desired BI result, and touch View Details to get the Result Summary. Review the Result
Summary and touch Print for a printout of the result. Touch Done to return to History.
Add Note
Select a result, and touch Add Note to add comments about that specic BI
result. Comments will appear in the Notes eld in the lower right hand corner of the
Result Summary. In the Add Note utility select the text eld to bring up the on-screen
keyboard. Enter the required text and touch Enter to return to Add Note. Touch Add Note
to add the text to the Result Summary. Touch Cancel to return to the History screen.
