3.2. ALLOCATION OF THE MODULES 
3.2.1.  "Extended" mode 
The extended mode configuration function enables modifications to be made allowing 
the transfer of a measurement unit from one I/O module to another. Example with two 
I/O modules and two measurement units (heads):  
Confirm the "I/O DISTRIBUTION" 
function. A list of measurement units 
(heads) and their allocation to the 
modules appears, confirm, the icon 
changes into an “up/down arrow”.

MODULE 1  : HEAD  01 
  MODULE 2  : HEAD  02 
 
 
Using the up and down keys, choose 
the affectation of the unit on the 
module required, confirm when the 
selection is finished.

3.2.2.  "Standard" mode 
In standard mode configuration, this function enables the modification of the allocation 
of a measurement unit on a block of an I/O module to transfer it to another.  
Confirm the "I/O DISTRIBUTION" 
function. A list of measurement units 
(heads) and their allocation to the 
modules appears, confirm, the icon 
changes into an “up/down arrow”.
