2.3. OPTIONAL REMOTE INPUT / OUTPUT MODULE
2.3.1. Appearance of the module
For remote management of the external heads, if there are long distances between the
measurement cells and the central unit, there is an accessory, an input/output module.
If this is used, cables between the various elements can be limited. In effect the
connecting cable simply becomes the network connecting cable.
A remote input/output module can manage a maximum of three measurement heads.
The case looks like this :
