APSI INTERFACE—This con nec tor pro vides the two-way Au dio Pre ci -
sion Stream ing In ter face. APSI is only used with for the OPT-2711
Dolby Dig i tal Gen er a tor op tion, and is only func tional with the in stal la -
tion of that op tion and the li censed ac ti va tion of the soft ware com po -
nents.

APIB INTERFACE—These con nec tors pro vide the two-way Au dio Pre -
ci sion In ter face Bus con nec tion be tween the in stru ment and the PC
running the control soft ware. For con ve nience, both a male and a fe male
con nec tor are pro vided; both con nec tors carry the same two-way data.
