Description The alarm is sent if a communication link failure is detected. Categorized
by the RFC as an “enterprise-specific trap”.
By default, the index of the interface is included in the trap. If you want to
disable the inclusion of the index, configure the
[LinkUpDownTrapIfIndexSuffixEnable] parameter to 0.
