B、When the accumulated running time of the compressor is over than 45minutes, and the
continuous running time is over than 20 minutes, After the difference value of the coil temperature and
the indoor room temperature≤16℃ and last for 5 minutes. Start the defrosting process if meet the
above conditions. Before starting the defrosting process, record the indoor coil temperature then firstly.
After the continuous running of the compressor reach 10 minutes after the defrosting process, compare
the indoor coil temperature with the one recorded before defrosting. If the difference value is within
3℃, the condition shall not be allowed as the necessary condition for starting the next frosting process
until the mode being transformed; heating starts after restarting the air-conditioner or after one
defrosting process.
C、When the accumulated running time of the compressor is over than 3hours and the continuous
running time is over than 20 minutes and the difference value between the indoor coil temperature and
indoor room temperature ≤16℃.
D、When the outdoor fan unit starts the overloading protection and the outdoor fan unit stops, the
outdoor fan unit restarts and the time of continue running ＞10minutes，and the accumulated running
time of the compressor＞45 minutes，the continuous running time＞20minutes, the indoor coil
temperature＜48℃。
E、If the defrosting process is not allowed to be undertaken by the air-conditioner after two hours
protection delay for the outdoor fan unit, the defrosting process will start by force.
b) The quitting condition for defrosting
A、the defrosting time is longer than 9 minutes.
B、After 4 minutes defrosting have been, the indoor coil temperature＞0℃，and the increase of
the indoor coil temperature ＞2℃.
C、After 5 minutes the defrosting have been, if the indoor coil temperature≥5℃，defrosting quits
automatically.
D、The electric mutual inductor/ detects that the current is too high（18000BTU model 13A，
24000BTU model 16A）.
If meeting any of the above conditions, the defrosting process quits.
c) The starting and quitting process of defrosting
A、start defrosting process: switch off the indoor fan unit、 the compressor and the outdoor fan
unit, shut off the four-way valve after 55 seconds, start the compressor after 60 seconds and runs the
unit under cooling mode.
B、quit defrosting process: Switch off the compressor, turn on the outdoor fan unit, turn on the
four-way valve after 55seconds, and turn on the compressor after 60 seconds and the indoor fan unit
runs under the anti-cold air mode of heating.
③Sleeping function control
The sleeping function can be set by the remote controller.
a)When the sleeping function runs, to cooling mode, the setting temperature rises by 1℃，to heating
mode, the setting temperature falls by 2℃，the setting temperature display on the panel is invariable.
b)After another one hour’s running, to cooling mode, the temperature rises by another 1℃，to heating
