Higher firmware version: Select this option to boot the image with the higher firmware version
in the next boot up process.

Lower firmware version: Select this option to boot the image with the lower firmware version in
the next boot up process.
l
Most recently updated firmware: Select this option to boot the image with the most recently
updated firmware in the next boot up process.
l
Least recently updated firmware: Select this option to boot the image with the least recently
updated firmware in the next boot up process.
3. Click Save to save your changes.
Firmware Image Location
Use this page to set if the IPMImodule will use a TFTP server or web (HTTP/HTTPS) to download the firmware
image from.
1. Navigate to Maintenance > Firmware Image Location.
2. Select the Image Location Type:
l
Web Upload during flash: Choose to download the firmware images through a web
connection. If you select this option, a pop-up window will open during the firmware upgrade
process asking for the web upload details.
l
TFTP Server: Choose to download the firmware images through a TFTP connection. If you
select this option, you will need to complete the following fields:
o
TFTP Server Address: Enter the IPaddress of the TFTP server. Both IPv4 and IPv6
addresses are supported.
o
TFTP Image Name: Enter the full source path and filename of the firmware image stored
on the TFTP server.
o
TFTP Retry Count: Enter the number of times, from 0 to 255, that the image download
will be retried if a transfer failure occurs.
3. Click Save to save your changes.
Firmware Information
The Firmware Information page is used to provide the following details about the currently active image:

Active Image ID: Identifies which of the dual images is currently active.
l
Build Date: Lists the build date of the currently active image.
l
Build Time: Lists the build time of the currently active image.
l
Firmware Version: Lists the firmware version of the currently active image.
