Configure Management Engine Technology Parameters
2.4.3.1 ME State [Enabled]
When disabled ME will be put into ME temporarily disabled mode
Configuration options: [Enable], [Disable]
2.4.3.2 ME unlock control [Lock]
When Set unlock, system will shut down for active function
