Dual power supplies are recommended in a system. connect each power supply to a
separate input source. In case of a power source failure, the second source should still
be available.
2.3 System Grounding
Grounding is one of the most important parts of equipment installation. When you
properly ground systems during installation, you reduce or prevent shock hazards,
equipment damage due to transients, and data corruption.Please check carfully to
Verify that the site of installing ground have reached the grounding requirements.Make
sure that the grounding is proper.
2.3.1 Grounding Safety
When use AC input, the equipment must be grounder by Kelly ground wire.This can
protect the body.Check the AC power supply outlet to make sure the grounding
condoctor is offered.
2.3.2 Lightning protection
The lightning protection is independence system which includes air terminals
("lightning rods"), connecting cables and clamps, and grounding electrodes.the
lightning protecton is requirement only for the building.the building which the chassis
located must have lightning protection.
