6.2 trouble shooting of losting switch password
【trouble 1】
The login password of system is lost.
【trouble description】
The system login password of switch is lost or forgotten, and cannot config the data.
【trouble shooting】
Power on switch, enter bootrom config mode, delete startup-config, reconfig switch,
restor password, or contact with the technology supporter of Shanghai Baud Data
Communication Co., Ltd.
6.3 deal with hardware installation trouble
6.3.1 trouble shooting about power supply module
【rouble 1】: AC power supply module can’t work.
【trouble description】:
The moudle’s PWR indicator lights are not lighted. Green light on the panel of power
supply module is not lighted. Fans are not running.
【trouble shooting】
First,set the switch of all power supply module to OFF status. Check if the connection
of the chassis is correct. Check if AC feed-in connection is correct. If necessary, pull
out power supply module,and check if the connection between power supply module
and plug on backboard is loose.
【Trouble 2】: DC power supply module can’t work.
【trouble description】
The moudle’s PWR indicator lights are not lighted. Green light on the panel of power
supply module is not lighted. Fans are not running.
