【trouble shooting】
First,set the switch of all power supply module to OFF status. Check if the connection
of the chassis is correct. Check if DC feed-in connection is correct. If necessary,
remove power supply module,and check if the connection between power supply
module and plug on backboard is loose.
6.3.2 trouble shooting about the module installation
【Trouble 3】: indicator light is abnormal after power on.
【trouble description】
SYS indicator light on line card is not lighted. SWAP indicator light on line card is
always lighted. Link indicator light on line card is always lighted when no cable or fiber
is connected.
【trouble shooting】
Check if the system module is installed tightly. If not, install the system module
again,and confirm that the system module is installed tightly, and then give a good
screw. If still not work, check if the corresponding slots of the backplane is loose. If so,
install the system module to other slots to test. And if still not work, send the system
module back to maintain.
【Trouble 4】: indicator light is abnormal after running a while.
【trouble description】
SYS indicator light on line card is not lighted. SWAP indicator light on the module is
always lighted. Link indicator light on the module is always lighted when no cable or
fiber is connected. No change after restart.
【trouble shooting】
Check if the system module is installed tightly. If not, install the system module again,
and confirm that the system module is installed tightly, and then give a good screw. If
still not work, check if the corresponding slots of the backplane is loose. If so, install
the system module to other slots to test. And if still not work, send the system module
back to maintain.
