Setup - basic settings
Setup mode allows you to adjust the TravelPilot’s basic functions to suit your
needs.
You can change the following device functions:
● ON VOLUME - Setting the maximum power-on volume
● NAVI VOLUME - Setting the navigation volume
● TA VOLUME - Setting the volume for traffic announcements
● TEL VOLUME - Setting the volume of a connected telephone
● LOUDNESS - Setting the loudness boost
● GALA - Setting the speed-dependent automatic volume adjust-
ment feature
● NAME - Displaying scrolling texts in radio mode.
● RDS - Switching the RDS function on/off
● REG - Switching the regional function in radio mode on/off
● HICUT - Setting the treble reduction feature during interference
● SEEK SENS - Setting seek tuning sensitivity
● CLOCKSET - Setting the system time
● DIMMING - Setting the day/night display brightness
● CONTRAST - Setting the display contrast
● LANGUAGE - Setting the system language
● CODE - Enabling/disabling the device code
In addition to this, you can also adjust the audio settings (bass/treble), equalizer
and sound distribution settings (fader/balance).
