3. Drain plug
7. Place a container below the drain plug. Open the
drain plug (Fig. 25, Pos. 3) on the vacuum pump and
allow the oil to drain completely.
8. Close the drain plug and open the screw plug
(Fig. 26, Pos. 1).

9. Add vacuum pump oil.
i The order number of the vacuum pump oil is
F 002 DG6 401.
10. Close the screw plug.
11. Attach the oil / UV dye bottles.
12. Close the service hatch.
13. Connect the power cable to the power socket.
14. Connect the power cable to the mains supply.
15. Start the ACS 651/751.
16. In the main menu, select "ACS Maintenance" and
press E.
17. Select "Maintenance" and press E.
18. In the Maintenance menu, select "Reset Vacuum
Pump".
 The time elapsed since the last oil change and the
date of previous oil change are displayed.
19. Press  to reset maintenance counter.
20. Select "Yes" to confirm.
"You have successfully added oil to the vacuum pump
and reset the maintenance counter.
