1.5.4 Pack and Ship the Equipment
1. Carefully pack the system in original packing material to avoid shipping damage. Plainly show
the RGA number on the outside of cartons as well as inside the carton along with the reason for
return. Make a list of all components packed in the box. KEEP YOUR MANUAL.
2. Return general repairs by any convenient method. Send priority repairs by air freight. Prepay the
transportation charges FOB the repair site.
