PF drive motor error.

- Turn OFF the power switch, and turn it ON again after a while.
■ Error code 28
Drum drive motor error.
<User Check>
- If paper or any other foreign object is affixed to the exposure roller of the drum, remove it.

Turn the power off and then back on again.
Step Cause Remedy
1 Harness connection failure of
PF drive motor
Check the harness connection of the
PF drive motor and reconnect it.
2PF drive motor failure Replace the PF plate ASSY.
3 Engine PCB failure Replace the engine PCB ASSY.
4 Low-voltage power supply PCB
failure
Replace the low-voltage power supply
PCB ASSY.
5 Main PCB failure Replace the main PCB ASSY

Turn the power off and then back on again.
