(4) The About window appears.
Double-click anywhere in the window as pressing the Shift key.
(5) The Password window appears.
Enter “replace” in the Password box, and then click the OK button.
The Password window disappears.
(6) Select “Input information” from Menu.
(7) “Printer Information” is displayed.
(8) Select the relevant model.
(9) Check the port (USB), which is connected to the printer.
(10) Select “Clear SQ-Wave Detected Count”.
(11) Click the check box of “ON” to put a check in it.
(12) Click the OK button.
