Procedure to test the cabinet ground
Step Action
1.
In the splice compartment, attach one lead from an Ohm meter to the
terminal lug of the ground cable.
2.
Attach the second lead from the Ohm meter to the ground bar.
3.
Verify that the Ohm meter reads 1 Ohm or less.
