 Confirming the Print Image (Print Preview)
There is one more function that can be displayed for the print image of the document in the Preview. This other image is
called the Print Preview. Open the Preview before you print, so you can avoid failed print jobs beforehand.
To display the Print Preview, click the Preview button in the printer driver.
When the Viewer starts you can visually check the Preview display.
Once you have confirmed that the image layout on the media is correct, you can print from the Preview screen.
