MAINTENANCE
6.1 RECOMMENDATIONS FOR PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
The purpose of these information is to extend the machine life
through regular check-ups and replacement of any worn parts.
This table refers to a standard use of the machine (expected rated
daily cycles). In case of lighter/heavier use, contact the CARIMALI
Service Centre.
FREQUENCY COMPONENT NOTE
Before
installation.
Screws and nuts of the frame.
Checking of damages due to
transport.
Blocking of the electronic
boards.
Flowmeter.
Possibility of blocking due to a
prolonged storage.
Power cable.
Check the connector on the ma-
chine side and the plug on the
socket side are deeply inserted
to prevent overheating.
2/3 weeks
from installation
Grinder(s).
Adjustment(s) to adapt the
grinding degree to run-in of the
grinder pack.
Doses. Check and adjust, if necessary.
Units and Milker. Thorough cleaning.
Monthly.
Procedure of manual
group washing.
It is advisable to carry out a deep
manual cleaning or of the above
parts according to manual in-
structions. In any case, perform
the semiautomatic cleaning cy-
cles available for the two groups
in the machine menu on a daily
basis. In particular, the Milker
washing procedure must be car-
ried out on a daily basis.
Procedure of Milker
manual washing.
Every 4 months
Milker O-ring.
Parts to be checked and re-
placed, if necessary.
Milker silicone hoses.
Piston unit O-ring.
Mixer inner seal.
Drip tray O-ring.
Parts to be cleaned and, only
if necessary, replacement of
any worn parts, as per ta-
bles NT.05438 - NT.05439 -
NT.05341.
Unit piston.
Milker.
Coffee hopper. Remove the coffee oil residues.
Instant product container. Clean with the apposite brush.
Grinder(s).
Grinding adjustment.
Grinder wearing check.
